Backyard Swim Adventure
Where learning to swim is an adventure
- From ages 3 to about 6 years old
- Only 4 to 5 students per class
- Morning and afternoon classes
- Classes are held on the 45 minute mark
- Each class is 35 minutes long
- Parents are welcome to stay
- Classes held Monday and Wednesday and Tuesday and Thursday
- Classes run 2 weeks at a time
- 3 levels of instruction
- On-site shower available
- Must be fully potty trained please
- Bathroom on-site
Why Swim with Captain Kim
Captain Kim is a water safety enthusiast whose passion is to teach children how to overcome their fear of water and become proficient swimmers. In the privacy of her backyard, her pool becomes an adventure where students become the crew of the ship. Through games and fun, students will earn rewards and prizes during each class where they can buy something from the treasure chest at the end of the session. It’s where learning to swim is an adventure!

Level 1 – 3rd mates
Level 2 – 2nd mates
Level 3 – 1st mates
Learning the Ropes
All kids learn to swim at a different rate. At Captain Kim’s each student will learn at their own pace and receive one on one skill instruction, as well as enjoying games with the other kids in their class. In this fun and safe environment, students come to love the water and learn life saving skills while going on an adventure!
